WINTER PLANTING SCHEDULE
Below is the planting schedule for the garden Winter 2014. Companion planting is a great way to make the most of the beds. It's a great way to fill in the spots between the main crops, and helps to "confuse" pests. Good companion plants encourage biodiversity and help with soil condition. The bad companions compete and are some times toxic to the main crop.
